When you need multi-tasking tools for your job, the #20 Dual-Angle Flange Level by Jackson Safety is a smart choice. It’s a versatile tool that can be used as a dial degree utility level or, with attachments, for two-holing flange alignment. The unit is made of cast aluminum with a protective housing containing an adjustable DSL. It’s also fitted with a threaded, self-aligning conical spacer and conical nut and bolt units for fastening the Level to a pipe flange. One of the nut and bolt units is stationary, while the other slides up to 5.5 inches along a slot in the level to accommodate various flange bolt hold spacing from 2 to 5.5 inches. The body of the tool is .5 inch thick with a machined surface. The level bubble is protected from weld splatter and breakage with a built-in housing around the DSL.

Instructions for using the Operating Cost Analysis Tool
The Operating Cost Analysis Tool is divided into four sections:
- Section 1: Input Data - raw data used in the calculations
- Section 2: Output Data - calculated data based on Operating Cost formulas
- Section 3: Summary Data - a comparison of the initial and energy costs for each option
- Section 4: Graph Data - a graphical comparison of the initial and energy costs for each option
Enter the appropriate data on the "Input Data" page
If necessary, you may change the default data that automatically appears in the input fields.
All of the WHITE cells must contain input data for the model to work. If fields are left blank or as zeros the data will not be complete. Not a number (NaN) and infinity values indicate an error.
The system airflow rate is set at a default equal to 2000cfm multiplied by # of Filters. The system airflow rate appears when you enter a value in the "# of Filters" field. To change this default, simply enter the actual system airflow in this field and do not change the "# of Filters" field.
To clear all fields and reset the inputs to their defaults, use the "Clear All" button. To reset only the input fields, use the "Default Input" button.
The "Calculations" section displays the calculated data based on the input data. These calculations are use to create the Summary Data. It contains the following sections: 1) Initial Investment Costs 2) Energy Costs.
Energy Calculations are based on the following formula:
Filter pressure drop is calculated as the straight line average between the initial pressure drop and the final pressure drop.
The "Calculations" section cannot be changed.
The "Summary Data" section displays a comparison of the results for each option. This page also recommends which option would realize the most savings.
The "Graph Data" displays a graphical comparison of the cost categories between each filter option.
Print each tab with the button in the lower right. This will print the text in black and white. Use the print button of your web browser to print in color.
