Kcp Academy Training 2009

Distributor Sales Teams Training still On A Roll and raising the bar.

The 4th successful K-CP Academy training

We at KC Professional see our distributor sales people as our extended sales force and therefore it is imperative that we continue to invest in improving their capabilities and product knowledge. The training took place on the 19th and 20th of August 2009 and was attended by 32 delegates nationally including delegates from as far as Namibia and Mozambique. We were also privileged to have the European Capability Development Leader at our disposal to conduct the Safety and Wiper training.

The objective of the academy is to educate our distributors on the following:

  • Workplace product range
  • Workplace product range

  • Cost in use training
  • Selling skills training

Once again the session proved to be interactive creating a platform for delegates to collaborate with each other, sharing external experiences, discussing concerns and continuing building solid relationships.

Feedback from delegates highlighted that Kimberly Clark is educating the industry on how to sell up as well as empowering distributors to be ambassadors of KCP brands.
