Q. Which kind of dispenser should I install?
A. This would depend on the amount of people employed as well as the specific hygiene needs. Our expert consultants are always at hand to give advice.

Q. What would the cost be?
A. This services is offered by Kimberly-Clark at no extra cost.

Q. Why is there a difference in price from supplier to supplier ?
A. One would have to relate price to quality. At Kimberly-Clark quality is non negotiable, and we are proud to say that our quality is always as per manufacturing specifications.

Q. What other products can K-CP offer ?
A. Kimberly-Clark has a range of products ranging from Toilet Tissue, Facial Tissue, Towels, Paper Wipes and Fabric Wipes to Dispensers. Please refer to our Web Site.

Q. How do I know your dispenser will provide what we need ?
A. Our consultant will help with determining the correct dispensing system. We can offer a trial installation to make sure the system chosen will meet the needs.

Q. What is the dispenser guarantee ?
A. Kimberly-Clark offers a 48 months’ guarantee on dispenser provided the correct Kimberly-Clark products are used.

Q. What is HACCP ?
A. Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point. A system which gives us a common sense approach to the safety management of our food products. Kimberly-Clark has aligned themselves with this programme, to be able to enlighten and assist our customers in these areas. Please refer to Web Site.

Q. Why are disposables so expensive?
A. Compared to what? Most people have no idea how much their current re-usable linen system costs them. It is a laborious, intensive costly system. The use of properly designed and engineered disposables, prevent contamination and reduces the risk and subsequent cost of hospital acquired infections.

Q. How can that thin layer of fabric prevent micro-organisms penetrating?
A. Kimberly-Clark’s drapes, gowns and sterilisation wrap are made from a 3 layer technology the base of which is polypropylene. The inner layer provides a barrier to micro-organisms.

Q. What’s the difference between your PAPER drape and others?
A. Kimberly-Clark’s surgical drapes & gowns are not paper-based. The base fabric is polypropylene.

Q. Have you done a cost study linen vs wrap? What was the outcome and with which hospital?
A. yes we have done several cost studies and they prove that Kimguard* One-Step wrap is a cost-efficient system which will meet all clinical requirements of a wrap.

Q. Do you have any clinical data to prove reduction of surgical site infection on patients who used Integuseal?
A. In vitro studies have been done which prove Integuseal’s efficacy in reducing surgical site infections. Further studies are in progress globally.

Q. Why are Kimberly-Clark products more expensive than other companies?
A. Kimberly-Clark prefers not to compare product by product as this can be misleading. Kimberly-Clark provides solutions which would equate to a basket of products to be used for specific purposes. e.g. a full washroom solution. In most instances using the correct solution (or basket of products) from Kimberly-Clark would provide cost-in-use to the user thereby reducing their monthly spend. Kimberly-Clark is one of the highest wage payers, is compliant with all manufacturing safety and environmental standards, has significant social responsibility projects and manufactures products to best performing standards in their relevant category.

Q. Why does our reflex dispenser have no view window?
A. It is virtually impossible to cut a window into the stainless steel dispenser die (mould) and if it were done it would weaken the stainless steel.

Q. Why does the FluidShield give better protection? What differentiate the product from the rest?
A. The Kimberly-Clark Tecnol FluidShield mask has a patented breathable layer which is impermeable to fluids up to pressure of 160mm HG.

A. Lead times from order to delivery vary based on your location and other factors. These will be discussed when your account is opened.

A. 20 cases or R2000.

Q. Must we open an account to purchase?
A. Yes, but can purchase on prepaid for a short period.

Q. Do you offer volume discounts?
A. Yes, if you order large quantities.

Q. Who are your competitors?
