KCP LOYALE – Celebrating Loyal Partnerships…
On 5 and 6 July 2007, Kimberly-Clark Professional and Healthcare held our second distributor conference at the Gold Reef City Complex. This year, 158 people attended this conference - nearly doubling our numbers from 2006. Building on the theme for 2006 – Partnerships – the focus for 2007 moves to Loyal Partnerships, with the introduction of a loyalty programme, KCP LOYALE.
As you can gather – it is based on a Casino theme – symbolising the status, fun and winnings associated with loyalty rewards. It also builds on the 007 – BOND theme, because we believe that every distributor representative out in the field, are our secret agents…in the line of fire!
KCP LOYALE consists of 3 parts: TEAM LOYALE: a quarterly team incentive, LOYALE REWARDS: a yearly growth incentive and LOYALE AWARDS: the yearly distributor of the year and longevity awards.

We also awarded longevity for 10, 15, 20 and 25 years to distributors that have been trading with us over this period. These awards were announced during the traditional gala dinner – also in a casino theme this year – with real tables included!
During the rest of the meeting – various topics were discussed in panel format, including environmental awareness, the benefits of training the extended sales force, understanding quality: compliance to specification versus design and the latest trends in HACCP. The aim of this meeting was simply to continue with the philosophy of adding value to our customers – and judged by the feedback – we have succeeded in this!
In cards and in gambling – someone wins and someone inevitably always loses…We believe this is the biggest difference with KCP LOYALE: Everyone wins!
