This section summarizes the monthly performance regarding physical characteristics found in the product specifications.

Each parameter's performance is shown by giving the:

  • number of total samples of final product
  • acceptable quality level (AQL)
  • average tensile strength for the lot
  • average % elongation for the lot

Lots are accepted based on whether or not the number of defects found exceeded the number of defects statistically allowed. Accept will thus appear when the number of defects was not exceeded.
   
  This section summarizes the overall monthly performance of liquid particle counts by size range and total particulate.
   
  This section summarizes the overall monthly performance for each extractable ion that may be present in a typical glove product.
   
 
A monthly Certificate of Analysis provides a "snapshot" of product quality for the month. C of A's are available on all Safeskin Critical and Controlled sterile and non-sterile gloves. You will need a PIN # to access this information. You need a LOT number in order to receive a Certificate of Analysis on a specified glove product.
