Avian Influenza

Avian flu is a highly pathogenic virus (H5N1) in poultry, domestic fowl and wild birds and it is thought it could be the precursor of a new human influenza virus.

Kimberly-Clark Professional* as part of a continuous effort to improve your health and well-being, has put together two product bundles to help you prevent the virus spread and raise hygiene standards.


Contamination control
In order to help you increasing your hygiene standards, we have put together a bundle of solutions to combat the spread of germs. Direct contact with infected animals
Following the directive from the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) Kimberly-Clark Professional* has put together a bundle of products to minimise the risk of infection. Comprising KLEENGUARD T35 Coveralls, SAFESKIN* PURPLE NITRILE XTRA Gloves, KLEENGUARD XTR Accessories, WYPALL X80 Colour Coded Cloths, KIMTECH Specialty Wipers, WYPALL Cleaning Wipes and TECNOL* Masks, which all comply with the requirements of the ECDC Guidelines for human exposure to HPAI (Highly pathogenic avian influenza) on its version of 31st December 2005.
