Critical Masks for Cleanroom 1-100
Each of our face masks were designed with one purpose in mind: to provide a comfortable, single use face covering that helps control worker generated contamination. The masks in the critical category have been used by our customers in clean rooms from Class1-100, due to our innovative use of materials like BICOSOF® (50% polyethylene 50% polyester), apertured polyethylene film, and designs like the roomy pouch style PCM2000 face mask.
Controlled Masks for Cleanroom 100-1000
Our broad product line also accommodates the needs of environments controlled to the class 100-100,000 level. Single use veils and masks with fewer high performance features still protect against worker generated contamination. The personal face veil is a single-use product designed as a hygienic alternative to reusable veils. The variety of attachments allows the wearer effective options for securing the veil, depending upon compliance requirements and personal preference. A covered nosepiece allows these veils to conform to the nose and cheekbones, which eliminate the drooping that can occur with reusable face veils. The veils with snaps will fit into most reusable hoods. The headband versions can be used with either reusable or disposable garments systems.
