Program Conditions
Before a valid "No-Risk Trial" (Trial) can commence, the program must be authorised by a Kimberly-Clark representative and the terms of the Trial agreed to by the customer and the authorised Kimberly-Clark representative and evidenced by the signature of each on the Registration Form.
The Trial period is 60 days or such other period as agreed by the customer and Kimberly-Clark.
The customer must completely replace their current product with the recommended Kimberly-Clark system for the entire period of the Trial.
The customer must provide Kimberly-Clark with invoices for their current safety, washroom, wiping or skincare system covering a 60 day period or such other period as agreed for the duration of the Trial. Invoices must not display pricing of products not supplied by Kimberly-Clark. If an invoice contains such pricing please ensure that prior to sending you redact that information (remove or make illegible). If you have questions or do not believe that you can do this please contact us before sending any information.
If after the conclusion of the 60 day Trial period (or the agreed period) the customer has spent more on the recommended Kimberly-Clark system than the safety, washroom, wiping or skincare system used by the customer in the same time period immediately prior to the Trial, Kimberly-Clark will reimburse the customer with the difference in Kimberly-Clark washroom, wiping or skincare system product up to a maximum value of $1000 including freight.
Reimbursement of Kimberly-Clark product referred to above will be provided to the business registered for the Trial only.
The offer for a Trial may be withdrawn at any time prior to an agreement being reached to conduct a Trial.
